With nearly twenty-years of People Partner experience, Lena considers herself a true generalist at heart.  She is extremely passionate about Employee Experience and has spent years building strong partnerships.  She prides herself on fostering organizational cultures that promote continuous improvement, best in class practices, seamless collaboration, diversity, and exceptional customer/employee service.

Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, HR Certification, Exemplary Leadership Award, and is a member of SHRM.  She lives and works in New York City, off of Park Ave.
